 PRODUCT FEATURES

·The overall sound-proof room structure is framework combined type, the wall thickness is 80mm, the overall structure is firm and beautiful, and screw hole is concealed.

· The wall fully use national standard galvanized steel plate, with 1.5mm thickness.

· The wall keel fully use national standard qualified steel plate, with 3.0mm thickness.

· The inner wall use national cold-roll mesh plate with dimension 5×5×0.6mm thickness.

· The interlayer of the wall use import multi-specifications compound sound absorption and pugging.

· Outer surface wall of sound-proof room use electrostatic powder coating, 220 degree high tempreature forming process, surface wear resisting and ageing resistance, scratch resistance.

· Front and behind door of the room use moveable style with guard rail, convenient and flexible. Left and right side door use hinge single way.

· Moveable door and side of the room use two-layer tempered glass with 5mm thickness to have shockproof insulation.

· The roof installs low noise and high power air exhauster, to balance the inner temperature of insulation room and effectively protect the precision of the punching machine.

· The inner of the room installs environmental lighting: 2 sets fluorescent lamp, 40W×220V×50HZ, inscribed safety switch.
